I wouldn't say overhyped, just really, REALLY excited.
Not to put down what the revamped team has done, cause those guys have kept a PS3 game looking fresh and new until 25 was announced, and then some. I am just ready for a next gen football game that I can get lost in.
With Madden, I knew when issues would arise, or what was broken. I just hope in the long run this game keeps me hyped even after the season is over.

Yes! I have to give them their flowers. What they've been able to do, and are still doing is remarkable. Their work was so great, that EA came and poached a few of their team. Without them, without the guy who created the editors, NCAA Football 14 would have died a slow death. I appreciate them for all that they've done.
But, like you, I'm ready to move on and I'm at peace with that. Can't wait tosee/play this game on the Series X.
