User AI defenders is broken

I'm not sure what is going on but my corners show who they r guarding in pre play art but after the snap they run towards the middle of the field which has cost my team to give up 2 touchdowns to FCS Astronauts cuz there is no one even close to the receiver. Anybody else having this issue? If so is there a fix

I haven’t had this issue. My defenders zones/man do get screwed up at times when the offense is running hurry up, and I need to audible quickly to fix it. That’s all I’ve seen for coverage.

This happens to me as well. LB would leave their zone and just start charging the line of scrimmage for no reason. Seems to happen more in Match coverage than Zone. I have just learned to live with it smh. Madden has the same issue too when using Match coverage

I’d like to see a video of this. I use TONS of match coverage, but haven’t noticed anything like what the OP described.

Are you using shell coverage? Sometimes if you pick one shell coverage but then choose a play on defense that doesn't work with that shell then it throws your players out of coverage a lot, as in they may have to cover across the field

It doesn't happen all the time, but you can pretty reliably get this behavior if you run a Wide Stack (Veer & Shoot) formation with 2 WR's on each sideline and run "All Go" against Quarters or other Cover 3 Match coverages. Both DB's on the right side of the field will cover the receiver that runs a middle/seam route, leaving the outside WR wide open.

I've also seen my DB inexplicably start running away from a deep receiver for no real reason, so I definitely have seen the behavior the OP is referring to. I play mostly on All-American, if that matters.

That one happens to me all of the time, or they both just run into each other somehow as well
