NBA 2k18 - Another VC grind fest?

i just have the feeling after the anouncment today (you'll get 250k if you buy the superdeluxeawesome version!!!), that vc will be again an integral part of the gameplay (aka gameplay elements are only available if puchased via vc), which would suck tbh, since they seem to not care about what was criticised concerning 2k17. just a feeling, but it wouldn't surpise me if they take it even further to see how far they can go.

They've been nickel and diming us more and more. We used to be able to just get animations to try. Now we have to buy them. The prices of a lot of things have also gone up. 2000 VC for a team celebration...

I'll never forget 2K14 where you had to spend VC just to adjust your rotation in MyGM. I just can't believe they are charging us for things that are so simple.

All games are going this way. When people stop buying vc or doing micro transactions maybe they will change things.

more like vc2k18 with partial NBA license that you can play as lots of impersonators on mildly believable courts.

A lot of games are figuring out ways to make extra money, but these same games are trying to make sure the game is still fun and that it doesn't ruin the game.
