Re: The Operation Sports Terms Of Service (Updated 6/17/2013)

There's a difference between information that is free to access (a logo) and information that is not (an article from a subscription service). The TOS covers the latter. The former is not covered because it does not have to be, because it is already freely accessible and will not violate the copyrights of anyone. If I were to copy/paste an ESPN Insider article on here, I'd cost them money, but if I copy/pasted, say the new Pelicans logo, I wouldn't be costing anyone any money as that information can already be accessed by anyone, free of cost.

You have to have a certain number of posts and be here a certain amount of time. Be patient and you will be able to make threads.

When I try to post my 2k14 universe mode updates nothing that I post appears on the forum except for the other users universe mode updates. Any reasons as to why this is happening would be greatly appreciated.

Don't know where to post this.I love the site as you can tell I'm a supporter and have a Madden league on here.My only gripe is when people get banned we can't see there old post anymore. Some have made good post/ideas that I kind of wanted to put in other threads.Guys like "Big FN Deal" comes to mind he had tons of ideas for Madden. Since he's banned I can't go back and see his or other guys old post. I know I know "well if they didn't get banned wouldn't have that problem".Just a minor issue that hopefully whoever runs the site can fix not try start ****.

                  That's not true,

When people are banned their posts aren't deleted (maybe the post that got them banned is) but I just searched for Big Fn's posts and don't see any of them deleted.

Here's a thread he started, you can use it to view all of his posts:

                      Got ya.

There is no fix for that, but if you do an advanced search, you can search for all posts by any user and find them that way.

You can still view threads/posts started by a banned user. Click the arrow next to where it says "search" in the light gray menu bar near the top then click "advanced search" in the drop down window. In the new page, you can enter the username of the person you want to search for then right below that you can choose whether you want to search for posts or threads started by that user. In the lower left you can select whether you want the results to be displayed as posts or threads.

I just click on the user name....hit "find all posts" and go from there.
I can hardly ever find the post that caused the banning.
