68 years is long enough (MLB 17 Cleveland Indians franchise)

After having front row seats to the Cubs ending their 108-year titleless streak, the Cleveland Indians enter the 2017 season as the owners of the longest world title drought in baseball at 68 years. Time to go to work to ensure the drought ends this year.

The good news is that the pitching rotation is back intact, after being decimated during their playoff run last year, and Michael Brantley will be back in the middle of the Indians' lineup after missing virtually all of last season with a shoulder injury. The bad news is that Jason Kipnis will miss at least the first month of the season as he deals with a strained right rotator cuff.

Looking forward to this. Using Boston currently but the idea of taking a team that's never won it all is creeping into my mind again.

I actually thought about going with the Red Sox for this, but in the end, my fondness for Tito won...

Even though we won the World Series in 2013, I STILL miss Tito.
