I'll keep this short and sweet. After spending an extensive amount of time with Madden13 and having played all others, including my favorite Maddens 2005/06, I have come to the conclusion that Madden just doesn't hold a candle to NFL 2K5.

2K5 has now been given the title in my book as the best NFL simulation game of all-time. The level of detail in this game is STILL incredible! The Franchise mode is FAR and away better the Connected Careers (which is a great idea in theory but lacking...

I have never understood how EA Sports gets away with removing features from their sports games and reintroducing them as if they are something we have never seen before in a game.

For example, in the "new" NCAA Football 13, one of the things being touted is a 3, 5, and 7 step drop by the QB. I'm sorry this is something that should be standard in football games....Madden is now introducing the "Infinity Engine"...before that it was Madden 11 "locomotion"...

After 14 years and numerous accomplishments, the Indianapolis Colts are cutting ties with Peyton Manning. He will undoubtedly be a first ballot Hall of Famer and will be remembered as a Colt, however in moving forward, what team do you think will be the best fit for Manning as he moves to the close of his career? I believe the Jets, Dolphins, Texans, or Chiefs would give him the greatest chances at success. What are your thoughts?

Dear Madden 13,

Please utilize, copy, and port everything that made ESPN NFL 2K5 legendary. That includes presentation, animations( including offensive/defensive line animations; DB/WR animations as well) and game modes. This coupled with Maddens next gen character models will make this the greatest game of all time. Please do not forget to copy the presentation....

I am done with Madden 11. Seriously. 4 weeks into the NFL season.

All the teams have QB's that play to a Pro Bowl caliber, You have NO control over the QB until he has completed his drop which leads to tons of sacks, lame duck INT passes etc that can be avoided...
