I have a few ideas based off of what I have read throughout the boards on different websites.

1) There needs to be multiple broadcasting looks for the game instead of just one. FIFA 09 utilizes this very nicely by using different colors and different styles of broadcasting for each league game.

There should be 3 different styles, 1 for each television network. 1 should resemble FOX's presentation with the same scoreboard and everything. Another should resemble CBS's presentation and scoreboard. And the last should imitate NFL Network's presentation style. This would add a wide variety of presentation styles and would make playing a Sunday afternoon game different from a Monday Night game.

2) Along with the different T.V. broadcasting styles, there needs to be different pre-game warm-up cut scense at the beginning of the game. The commentators should be able to talk about different playmakers in the game and have the game show the commentators talking (after the games intro) and then switch to another camera showing the players they are talking about warming up.

3) In game, their needs to be a breakdown of stats and tendencies every once in a while with the commentators talking about those statistics. Also, there needs to be more records to be held and talked about during a franchise. Another thing is having more stat layouts on the screen like in old gen Madden's showing a key players stats.

4) If there can't be a full half-time show, at-least show maybe 5-10 highlights in one of the 3 broadcasting views (FOX, CBS, NFL Network) like NBA 2k9 does where it plays them for you instead of scrolling through the videos yourself. Then, it should show the halftime team stats like it does now, but then also show top performers stats on both teams, offense and defense, and then even special teams if there has been a breakout player.

5) Last but not least, there needs to be some sort of post-game analysis and video highlights (Highlights like NBA 2k9 as stated before).

These may not all be able to fit on the disk but it is what we need in the game. Having good presentation (TV style not EASports) is what makes a game feel like real life. Without it you realize that it is a video game. If you got a great presentation, then it makes the game play that much better.
