Seems like all I do is complain about recruiting. Even with the difficulty turned up to Heisman I am still finding recruiting easy on NCAA 13. I was 1* rated Richmond (FCS team from Team builder I moved up to the ACC). And I landed 2, 5* Athlete recruits. I could have had more but I limited myself to just my pipeline until I go bowling.

That being said, I love the new Gem/Bust system. I wish they would have gone a little more in-depth and made Gems gain overall ratings faster in off-season training, and busts develop slowly, but this was a great addition to something that really needed it. Obviously it goes without saying that Scouting too is a great addition, to what I feel is the best part of the game.

Recruiting in NCAA 2010 is way too easy. It's obvious I'm better than the computer at it, but when you have a six star school there is no way you shouldn't be pulling in at least 10 5* recruits...unless you purposefully sabotage yourself.
