I feel I have done enough testing to start this off with some conclusions that feel are valid enough to share.

The KEY to all this I believe is to have the correct balance of on Ball Handling and On Ball Defense ratings. Having a proper spread cuts down on a lot of the "Force Fields" that the defense has on higher settings. I believe it is these "force fields" that lead to all the wacky, out-of-control, dribbling by the CPU ball handlers. When the Ball Handler...
