yeesh, i wasn't suggesting Michigan should strong arm them or anything, Delaware has kinda been the Michigan of another division, now being in the same division I was just curious

I mean, yeah, Fritz created them at Princeton and brought them to Michigan later

this is too much elaboration for someone who just wanted to make "Go Blue hens" joke

Re: College Football Off Topic

The NCAA and power conferences have just agreed to allow athletes to be paid directly by their respective school.

Reading deeper into it, the whole agreement will have ripple effects throughout college sports for many years. This could cripple some of the non-Power conference universities. I see that Power conferences will cover 40% while the other conferences will cover the remaining 60% of more than $2.7 billion in damages.

The PAC-12 Network just wrapped up it's final live event broadcast, a 6-3 Arizona baseball win over Stanford, bringing an end to a nearly 12-year run.

Shilo Sanders’s has declared bankruptcy which I didn’t realize possible for a 20 year old. Something about a potential lawsuit from high school.

Not your ordinary lawsuit, either.

Shilo lost a case in Dallas District Court pertaining to an assault from 2015. The judgment against him from the case orders that he pay the victim $11.89 million due to “sustained severe and permanent injuries including a broken neck, damage to his cervical spine, permanent neurological injuries and irreversible incontinence.”

It seems he is trying to dodge losing his current possessions, but from what I have read, he may be being dishonest on the paperwork he has filed with the courts about his income, which could bring criminal charges down the road if he isn't careful.

And Arizona's walk-off win over USC for the PAC-12 Tournament Championship is the final sporting event of the conference.

RIP Pac-12.

Means that someone like Cam Rising could get an 8th year of Eligibility next year as well if he so chooses.
