before you ask what the community thinks, why dont you state whether you think its a make or break year and why to get the thread started, otherwise this thread was a fail.

Based on first day purchases just based on the name on the box as a criteria. Last year was the "Break year" for NCAA IMO.

well considering the economic climate and the state of games that experience decline in sales (NCAA Basketball for example) it is becoming more risky for EA to put out low-quality games. this year may not be the year but if the numbers don't improve soon who knows?

Ditto. NCAA series is a bad, bad, series. I won't purchase 2011 installment. I would rather play My Fairy Princess on the Wii with my 4 year old daughter.

EA has no one to blame but themselves....the don't give all out efforts each year. You can't fault the economy really, b/c when a game is very good/great, ppl will do whatever to get it. Just look at games like COD, GTA, GOW, etc.,.....heck, The Show has ppl buying PS3 systems!

The only thing a tough economy does is make people think twice about purchasing something they know is not very good. And usually they won't.
