[FIFA 15 PS3] BUG REPORT!!!!

In career mode, when i was playing with southampton fc and facing QPR, some of the QPR players had their faces crashed.

I was trying to figure why that is but couldn't

The only solution to this problem is to re-set the squad

Then, after downloading the new squad update, faces are crashed again

Anyone had the same problem with me?
