If it's there, I'd really like to try it out on slow. I believe therizing said he played all or most of his games at the community event on slow speed and was quite pleased with the results. After selecting the clubs and kits, go to "Game Settings", then click on L1 or R1 (or the bumpers on 360) to switch from "Basic" to "Advanced". After that, scroll down until you see the game speed option. At first I couldn't find it, they hid it pretty damn well. You can also edit other things in these menus, including the camera angles.

Wait, so what is the button to jockey for position? I'm playing on PS3, and 08 it was L2, correct?

It's still L2. If you choose to customize your controller at the beginning of the demo, you will see it under defence controls.

No problem Qb, I myself was like wtf, this should've been part of the beginning of the demo where they ask you the questions. They should really think about making it more obvious in the full game as I think this is one of the great new features of FIFA.

Unless they changed it since the Community Day, the Slow setting is the same speed as FIFA 08.

This demo was amazing. I'll be picking this up on release day.

I haven't done that for a soccer game in a few years. I used to import Winning Elevens on release day!

The control is what put it over the top for me. I may not know much about the intricacies of the sport... heck, I don't even know how to use the feints... but the game is downright responsive. That typically leads to fun for me.
