I cannot win a face-off in the NHL 13 demo.

Haha, my first thought too.

Anyways, I don't think I've had any issues. Noticed it was a little tougher though. Then again, have I won a faceoff in the demo? I never really thought about. Will have to pay attention next time I play.

its true that it is now alot harder to win faceoffs. there must be a trick. i had nhl 12 and was winning about 75% of the faceoffs. now i win maybe one out of 10 and people get angry because i cant win the faceoffs. im doing the same thing i used to do in the previous version but it doesnt work.

for my impressions about the game , for sure i hate the faceoff problem , but also the new skating. it is horrible. the player is slower and doesnt turn like u want like it did last year. maybe it is more realistic but slower and harder to control. the goalie is harder to control too. u cant do same movements as last year and sometimes the goalie goes down on the ice automatically or does some weird moves when you are not doing anything. personally i prefer nhl 12.i didnt see much improvement in the game and only saw bad things about it.
