NHL 17 (PS4/Xbone) Bugs and Glitches Thread

I'm sure this has been posted already, but...

Platform: PS4

Whats the bug? When I look at a player using the R3 button, it pulls up the GM mode menu and freezes me on the player card because I can't exit the GM menu behind it. All my buttons stop working.

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? Be a GM Mode

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Yes, but I haven't taken any pictures yet.

How often has the bug been reproduced? (Example) twice, so far. It's happened at least 30 times.

Do you have video or a picture? Not at the moment, but the next time this happens I'll snap one.

Xbox One.. puck going through the goalies pads and into the net for a goal.

Any one else having player with the puck stop moving and the left stick does

nothing...it seems to always be after reciving a pass..it has broke the game..and i have checked its not the controler

I got 2 differents bug in EASHL gaming mode on PS4.

Whats the bug? The injury is reverting to off

What mode did you experience the glitch/bug in? Playoff mode

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? I checked my settings and make sure injury is on. I start a new playoff mode game, play a game and save and exit. I check my settings and injury is reverted to off.

How often has the bug been reproduced? (Example) twice, so far.
Every time. And by the way, injury cannot be turned off/on in that mode this year!

Whats the bug? Sound stops working when CPU scores,returns after a while.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it?

How often has the bug been reproduced? (Example) twice, so far. All three games I've played in my new Franchise mode,never in my first franchise mode

Again, any bugs not reported in the format will probably be deleted. This will make things easier for the developers to try to recreate, which in turn could lead to quicker fixes.

I'm experiencing a weird bug on Xbox One franchise mode.

Since the start of the franchise every goalie in the league stopped wearing a neck guard.
