There are a few other things that are more important in my opinion. Talking to the online guys, they feel adding Event Mode to online is more important than KO mode. Also there are a few offline things that I cant talk about yet that I want added by patch. I want to use my extremely small influence to get that done.

One other thing is its not easy to convert a mode online. The amount of work it takes as it was described to me is a pretty big task so I'm not sure how eager the team is to add online KO mode as a patch. I could be wrong.

Going every two years for this series was definitely the right move. I remember how hyped I was during the E3 when they announced that EA would be making this game. Looks like that excitement was warranted. A little less than two months to go...

I wish all sports games would do this.
I understand the reasons it doesn't, but as a consumer, I think the products are much better with a 2-year release strategy.

I'm also hoping it's much easier on the developers so they're not spending 90-hours a week at the studio.
