Jon Voight picked up a Golden Globe for his portrayal of Mickey. I can't wait for the start of season 2.

"Late to the Party", but have seen the first 5 episodes over the past few nights...

It's been a perfect "placeholder" for me until the Olympics end...

Esp. enjoy the "showbiz / fixer" angle and yes, Jon Voight is mesmerizing...

I'm a huge fan of this series. Probably top 3 at this point.
But I'm a bit disappointed with the first 2 episodes of Season 4.
Not sure where they're going with this whole atonement stuff and I can't help but feel Ray's been pussified to a degree.

I'm still interested in the purse-snatcher arc and Mickey is always entertaining.
But I can't help feeling like they need to get Ray back to where he was before.

I'm also a bit tired of how easily Ray gets people out of jams.
Murder, armed-robbery, kidnapping a cop and yet nobody spends more than a few hours in custody. If at all.

Hopefully the season picks up a bit.
