Re: ESPN NFL 2K5 Sliders Discussion
Game I just played with my first set of sliders...let me say though that the game plays pretty well right out of the box...
Denver 27, Dallas (me) 14
First Downs: DEN 13, DAL 14
Total Yds: DEN 357, DAL 261
Pass Yds: DEN 186, DAL 184
Rush Yds: DEN 171, DAL 77
3rd Down Conv: DEN 40%, DAL 45%
Total Plays: DEN 55, DAL 60
Avg. Field Posistion: DEN own 34, DAL own 25
Penalties: DEN 1-5, DAL 3-19
Turnovers DEN 2, DAL 1
TOP: DEN 14:22, DAL 13:38
Individual Stats:
Plummer 17 of 27 for 186
Carter 17 of 39 for 184; 1TD, 1INT
Hearst 26 for 169; 2TD (long of 58 which salted the game)
Jones 16 for 74; 1TD
Lelie 7 for 62
Smith 5 for 59
Johnson 6 for 79
Glenn 4 for 43; 1TD
Bryant 2 for 25
Denver used both challengs in the first half- losing one and winning one. One on a possesion call and one on a backwards pass call.
Jason Elam missed 2 Field Goals.
ANYWAY, here are the sliders as I had them for the above game for those that start on PRO LEVEL DIFFICULTY.
Twohourride's sliders
PRO
7 min. quarters
Human is listed first, then CPU (40 clicks from left-right)
Blocking 32/14
Passing 32/16
Running 30/13
Catching 34/15
Coverage 28/12
Pursuit 28/17
Tackling 33/15
Kicking 30/10
Fatigue 25/20
I did not set a sub-in/sub-out percent yet...also I think the penalties are a bit off, I'm gonna see about those in the next couple of games.
If anyone wants to try these and post results and criticism, I know it would help the overall "sliders" discussion/settings we hope for. Again, see how you like it on your level of play out of the box as well, you may not wanna use sliders. Enjoy!
