DENVER, CO -- The Raiders traveled a mile high to face Peyton Manning and the high power Denver Broncos.

Everyone expected Peyton Manning and co. to Blow the Raiders out of the builidng, no one expected Oakland to start a shoot out with Manning, Oakland, of course, lost but showed they can swim with the big boys.


The Raiders got the ball first and took it out, ending their drive with a long 20 yard touchdown run from Darren McFadden.

The Broncos came back and hit Wes Welker for one of his 3 touchdowns after a quick pass rodeo from Manning.

The Broncos lined up on their next drive after Oakland went 3 and out, and Kevin Burnett went untouched by the O-line to sack Manning for 15 yards, Manning then threw a deep bomb to D.Thomas for a TD.

The 2nd quarter started with Oakland having the ball, The Raiders grabbed the first 7 of their 21 points by throwing a short TD to FB Marcel Reece.

The Raiders would force Matt Prater to kick a FG and that's the only time Denver would score for the rest of the half.

Oakland would get down to the Broncos 25, Oakland ran a read option that allowed Terrelle Pryor to get a long run for a dive into the endzone for 7.
Denver would go three and out again. Rod Streater would go deep for one of his two touchdowns.

The half would end and Oakland would go down again for a TD pass to Brice Butler. Denver would strike back by allowing Knowshon Moreno to run for a TD.
Oakland would drive down but get stopped and kick a 48 yard field goal.
Denver would then drive and but get stopped and kick a 32 yard field goal.
Finally the 4th quarter came around and Oakland would send Rod Streater short into the endzone for his second touchdown.
The Broncos would come back and send Wes Welker into the endzone for a short TD pass, the Raiders would go 3 and out on their next drive. The Broncos would AGAIN throw to Welker allowing him to get his third and final TD. Oakland would get stopped and then Denver would find Eric Decker on a curl route for a TD.

The game ends with Matt Prater kicking a 43 yard field goal, making the game end 51-45.

ALAMEDA, CALI -- The Raiders were at home this week as they battled the Washington Redskins.


The Redskins won the toss but elected to kick, the Raiders recieved the ball and drove down the field but were stopped at the Redskins 32 yard line, the Raiders kicked a field goal and sent the ball back to the Redskins, who also drove down the field but a sack by Burnett stopped the drive and sent the Redskins for the field goal.

The quarter would end with the Raiders and Skins stalling on drives.

In the 2nd Quarter, Oakland would finally get a drive to go, and have McFadden rush 8 yards for a TD. the Redskins would also drive down and have Alfred Morris get a rushing TD. The Raiders would turn the ball over and RGIII would make a deep pass to Santana Moss for a TD.

The Raiders would drive and kick a 63 yard FG. The Skins would also drive down and kick a FG, the half would end and the Skins would get the ball.
The Redskins would let Alfred Morris off the hook for a long 66 yard TD.
The Raiders would get the ball back and drive down and allow Pryor to go for a rushing TD.

The Quarter would end with both teams stalling on offense again. The 4th Quarter would come into play and RGIII would lob a TD to Pierre Garcon, and then drive down again for a FG. Oakland would strike back with a TD to Mychal Rivera. Oakland would then cause a 3 and out, with the last few seconds of the game to go, drive down the field and end the game on their terms with a TD pass to Criner
