I just shot my best round (-4) under the CC settings on the Kiawah Island Daily. I had a couple bad putts/shots because I tried to rush but overall it was my best round from start to finish.

i just had a back-to-reality +8 at augusta after a feel-good -5 in round one. real tough time with putting, and also a tough time with the wind. caddy was on, so the wind was only a small problem. putting, big problem.

One thing Im really missing is the previous years' ability to see just friends in online tourney leaderboards. I had been thinking those of us in the cc who arent nearly ready to graduate to tournament could do a public daily and still see our results but...

Is there a way for individuals to create a custom tournament of their own? Or maybe we could get an easier set up a couple times a week for those of us who are in the lower tier? Im not really reliable for a head to head round, i usually get up mid round to attend to dog and other family business.

Yeah, I tried playing last night with putt preview off and it was taking me 3-4 putts per green...so when we finally do go without putt preview, I am going to post some pretty bad scores.

But I DO understand that the majority of this CC needs more of a challenge.

Sort of reminds me of my NCAA online dynasty. I am the WORST player in it (no joke, I won ONE head to head game in about 4 seasons last year). The guys I play with are VERY good at the game...so we end up playing on Heisman difficulty (otherwise these guys would dominate the CPU like no tomorrow) and I have a pretty rough time with it. But I stick to it and while I will never be a GREAT player, playing on higher difficulty makes me a BETTER player...

That is me EXACTLY!

Have a 7 month old pup who needs constant attention and an 11 year old step son who is here frequently.

So I can relate to not being able to sit and play for extended periods...

Honestly the performance in the CC tournaments doesn't make much of a difference. The biggest part is actually playing the tournaments and getting that status for the club. Even if you guys decide you want nothing to do with our tournaments because of the settings just stay in the club and everytime you play offline you help the club level up as well.

Im definitely not bailing on the cc, the other aspects of it are great and its been fun to watch us rise in level and know ive chipped in.

I want some direct competition with similar skill people tho. If anyone wants to pick from the ea dailies and announce here or on the pro board a specific one i will play it and post my score for comparison. I like the pro level daily with specific pro to be used, myself.
