Maybe just talking about the golf club but I online game quite a bit and most of the people I've come across have a headset. You can buy a cheaper one, I just use a 20 dollar one from ebgames. Works perfect for me

I have many headsets, I think a good one I found was $14 and it was just a one-ear type headset just for chat. Your game sounds would still come through the speakers of your tv or stereo.

I'd guess about 1 in 20 people I play online, just in general across all games, talk on PSN. Just my experience. I'm fine with that too because I hate talking to people I don't know.

Probably another reason I prefer PS4 over Xbox now that I think about it, less chatty Cathys...
