Just released a roster update with up-to-date transactions. Going to start making the draft rookies now so this is the last update until after the draft.

No - they do not automatically update - you have to download each time to get the most current.

I have a list of rookies who are in Free Agents so any player that is not in the Top 5 of their position will be used with those guys. Only issue there is their age will be inaccurate, but other than that, it should be just fine.

Well, bad news. I thought rosters capped at 2,999... turns out they cap at 2,971. Just tried to create some LBs and hit the cap... Now I can't create any more players...

Not sure where to go from here. I'm not sure what EA was thinking not leaving many spaces to create guys. Guess we're screwed. Glad I wasted my time.

I've done it but I download each update so I'd appreciate it.
