Player Card Question

Seeing that Madden 16 is introducing revamped player cards I had a question about how we are able to view them. Currently, only going to the view/edit roster screen is the only way to get the player card to pop up for a player. Are we able to do this in the depth chart, trade screen, in-game now? It would be a subtle change, but after 3 years of not being able to pull up a player card anywhere has been frustrating, especially when the older Madden's did it.

It would also be nice under the Career Stats if the player's team is shown for the year he played. I hate signing a generated 90ovr Joe Smith 6 years in and I have zero idea which team drafted him and who he has been playing for.

Man, I wrote a big, long post about how Madden needed to fix this and other CFM issues a while back and it fell on deaf ears. Glad I'm not the only one who recognizes the problem and was upset that there was no specific mention as to whether or not it got fixed in today's release.


I guess only time will tell if it actually has been addressed but I have a bad feeling it's going to be the same old thing once August rolls around.


The developers need to learn that sometimes in order to take a few steps forward you need to take one backwards. They need to return to some of the aspects from the past that worked well, perfect them and then add to them, not just keep adding new things and trying to reinvent the wheel.

^ Yeah I have a bad feeling it wasn't changed either. Don't get me wrong, the new Player Card is BETTER, but if I can't click R-Stick/Triangle like The Show, 2K, old Madden, etc. to bring it up anywhere in the game.....then ugh, not a huge difference for me. Just saves time of having to back out and re-enter different menu screens when I want to check something.

THIS ^^

Show us what round they were drafted, what pick, what years they made pro bowl, what year they won MVP etc etc. THIS USED TO BE IN THE GAME!! I hate that they got rid of it, it's such a basic thing that is needed to help with overall immersion.
