2. Trade for Marshawn Lynch.

3. Get a young back up QB.

1. Give Kaep a job as backup to Ryan. Do what real owners do not have the balls to do.
2. Trade Collins as others have said, maybe in a package to bring in RG on trade block. I always use trade block for realism, do not spam trades till I get some unrealistic trade.
3. Win the Superbowl hopefully, barring any injuries.

Eagles, not many plans for year 1.

1. Field offers for LB Mychal Kendricks. Might keep him around depending on the offers. Either way, sign a vet free agent LB like Deandre Levy (if cap room allows) for depth or to step in for Kendricks if the trade happens.

2. Resign Alshon Jeffery as WR1, develop Nelson Agholor for slot duties and Mack Hollins as the eventual WR2.

3. Prepare for a busy offseason where I'll need to find an RB1, offensive tackle, guard (moving Seumalo to C after year 1), and OLB.

Ill be controlling all teams. But for the Lions:

1.) Trade Stafford. Cant stand him. Ill build up Kaaya

2.) If Calvin is in game, ill trade him for a mid round pick and build up Galloday

3.) Look for a RB1

I'm the Browns in one of my CFM's. I will probably trade the older players for picks and ride out year one. I'm too good, even with the Browns to get a top 10 pick. So, I'll likely trade for it and build up my defense, and add another weapon for Kizer, who will start day 1.

I haven't bought a Madden game (or any console football game) in quite a long time, so I'm a bit out of practice with franchise mode, but I think I may start one with the Jets since they are a local team for me, and I like a bit of a challenge.

As far as moves, I will probably trade for a few guys who went to Rutgers, to help out the offense. Mainly Leonte Carroo and Tyler Kroft. I don't really wanna do a lot of moves early on since I want a bit of a challenge.

1. Get a young mobile Qb... if I play with the Bills ill keep Tyrod

2.Get rid of everybody who doesnt fit my scheme

3. Get rid of players older than 30
