I will tell you why...

I sit at home and watch games, and I always tell my wife "I would have called this play instead". I watch the draft, and get frustrated if a player I think would have helped get drafted somewhere else, and then turns into a star. I am inseparable from my phone, and computer during free agency, praying and hoping my team gets a decent player.

I guess its a fulfillment of dreams I had as a kid, kind of like being a player. I am 36 just about 37, and its the only mode I play for baseball, hockey and football.

Problem i have with the mods is they really only make everything but the gameplay better.

the current gameplay has fundamental problems that can't be solved by mods, and when they happen it just sucks all the fun out of the game for me. I literally cannot stand seeing that stupid jumping animation from dbs where they perfectly swat out balls nearly every time you do an aggressive catch.

You're very incorrect.

Sabo's Gameplay Mod actually disables two-man catch animations and leaves everything to ratings and player position.

I play it because football stops in early Feb. and doesn't come bqck until September. I don't like baseball or golf.
