Using 2 controllers with custom playbooks for CPU vs CPU games

I currently have Gus Edwards, Keaton Mitchell, and Justice Hill as my 3 RBS. So I'm trying to figure out which formation I should use to build my custom playbook for the ravens. I know Gus Edwards is a Power Back, Justice Hill is like a Receiving Back but idk what is Keaton Mitchell. Is he a balanced running back? Also what is a balanced running back?

I can confirm that the play the moment method works for franchise mode on madden 21 thanks bro thats a game changer. Im going to play against random playbooks in the share community next season this adds a whole new level. I will say for tips you have to tab B xbox, circle on ps to except before the play the moment happens.. also a downside is you cant make coach adjustments or the game wont allow you back into the play the moment screen.. i usually like to turn on play ball, aggressive tackling, and zone flat depth to 5 but i can live with that sacrifice
