Im working on these roster made by cursiveright now with the most of the edites u put in this post, im also lowering all the OL and DL's ACC..jus startd doin that im about 8 teams in..should finish 2day and have it upload on here as well

Suggested Ratings Change:
Let me start by saying I really like how fairly you have rated rookies. That being said, I had to compare Mychal Kendricks 40 time to some of the fastest LBs in Madden. Here's what I found...

Mychal Kendricks 4.47 (86 SPD)

Patrick Willis 4.51 (90 SPD)
Bruce Carter 4.57 (88 SPD)
Zach Brown 4.5 (89 SPD)
Martez Wilson 4.49 (87 SPD)

I would suggest he should be an 88 or 89 SPD based on the performance of his peers. I would also up his ACC by 1 or 2. I'm not one to usually harp too much on measurable ratings but this one stuck out to me since Kendricks was said to be one of the fastest linebackers to come out in a couple years.

One change I saw when playing against my most hated of rivals, the dallas cowboys...

Tyrone Smith and Doug Free switched sides for 2012. Smith is now the starting LT, Free is now the starting RT.

Negatives -- Size is a concern, particularly the height... Is not an overpowering player and can get taken out of plays by above average offensive linemen... Needs to get stronger and bulk up, but this will likely result in a loss of speed... He ran 4.47 at the combine, however doesn't play that fast in pads...Not a pure pass rusher, is more of a one trick pony when playing outside... Would best fit at inside linebacker in the NFL and needs to seriously work on his pass rushing skills to play outside... Needs to learn to play more effectively with his hands when rushing the passer, gets caught up in the wash of blockers at times... Lacks elite instincts, can be overaggressive at times; leads to him playing out of position

With a description like that, you'd think he was a 6th round pick.

His 40 time represents his maximum potential for speed. Shouldn't that still be reflected regardless how he looks on the field? Wouldn't a lower awareness and play recognition give you the same basic result? Yea he probably doesn't hit the gap as fast as he could, but I've seen clips where he chases down players and uses every bit of that 4.47 speed.

We can't guess how he will play in the NFL, but we can go by the data provided, like his 40 time.
