How do you get the rosters on the ps3? I downloaded them put them on a flash drive but how?

Hey man I appreciate the hard work but im a vikings fan and i just went through the roster and it looks like you got some ratings messed up....pattersons are all messed up and I dont see joe webb steping into that good of a receiver.

I also would greatly appreciate this. I followed the directions in pg 20...w/winzip/unrar and it didnt work...either way very grateful for the fellow that took the time to do this.
