Re: SeanDylan's Realistic Sliders [Custom]

Here are my results of these sliders... BAL (me) vs. CIN (cpu) 10 min qtrs 25 sec runoff

C.Palmer INTs were really the story, it was a hard fault game... I just made plays when it mattered.... I'm going to do some more testing... I'm about to test BAL (me) vs. NO (cpu) @ New Orleans... will post results soon as im done with game.

Seems like Palmer threw a few INT's early that gave you good postition. Then they were down and forced to throw it so you took advantage of that.

Haha, come on, I'm the Rams!!!

I'm kind of stoked. The first half just ended against the Bucs in my franchise who are 1-4, the score is 28-21, I'm up. At the end of the first quarter, it was a slaughter but once again so it diminished my hopes that my + sliders would also be a failure for me but somehow, the Bucs came back. I forced an early fumble with Long, the Bucs managed to keep it but soon thereafter punted. I was able to read the defense on a third down play, it looked as though they were blitzing, I was correct, quickly dished it out to Avery, I juked the CB on him and he was gone for about a 55 yard TD reception.

On the next possession for the Bucs, I forced yet another fumble with Long (I adjusted the fumbling for the CPU so it wouldn't happen as much, not sure why there have already been 2 fumbles?) and I was able to get it. I had another long reception which soon ended up with me scoring another TD. I stuffed the Bucs on their next drive, I drove it down but once again and scored right before the first quarter came to a close.

The opening drive for the 2nd quarter featured Cadallac Williams scoring on some 70+ yard run, he broke a few tackles and was gone. The next possession I had threw it short to Gibson but since I'm fairly good at running it I managed to juke a few guys and it ended up being a 69 yard TD reception.

The Bucs then drove it down again and ended up scoring on an awesome 15 yard reception by Clayton. He had to jump up to get it, I hit stuck him, but he still managed to hang onto the football.

My next drive I was stuffed. The Bucs then drove it down with about two minutes remaining and scored on a sweet pass by Freeman into the corner of the end zone.

So here I am at half-time, up by 7, with the Bucs about to receive the ball. Hopefully this isn't a one game fluke but check out Bradfords and Freemans stats.

Passing:
S. Bradford - 158.3 12/15 298 YDS 80 COMP% 4 TD 75 Long
J. Freeman - 142.0 13/17 151 YDS 76 COMP% 2 TD 23 Long

I lowered my QB accuracy yet I managed to pull off my best half yet with Bradford but the game is still close. Some of the throws Freeman are making right now are amazing but some of the catches are even more awesome. I guess a QB like Freeman shouldn't be having this type of half but we shall see!

O and one more thing, Avery is out for the game so I'm a bit worried if play continues. He's my go to man :/.

I still haven't figured out a good number for injuries, there's already been three injuries in this game and it's only the start of the 2nd half.

Re: SeanDylan's Realistic Sliders [Custom]

Wow, I'm pissed but stoked, lol. For my first drive of the second half, I managed to get down to the 11, was in great scoring position, but on first and ten McCoy (DE) managed to get to Bradford quick, forcing a sack and a fumble, he then picked it up, and ran it back for a TD. The score is now 28-28, and I'm already driving it down again.

Haha yah, glad your having a close game finally. I have no clue why Bradford is always putting up insane stats weird. Have you tried calling a lot of different plays thats what I do. Would you say the harder sliders are that much harder than the regular?

I'm sure it's harder but I'm not sure if this is a fluke game or not. I don't think it is because it still feels fairly realistic like the previous games, I'm just not getting the amount of turnovers that I've been getting. I've rarely turned the ball over in my previous games but this is the first game I've given up a turnover that became a TD. I've already lost two fumbles this game.

I mean, if my original sliders are treating you well and you're having close games I'd stick to them. These sliders the QB is even less accurate (not sure how Bradford is doing so well), you will rarely get an interception, you've got a little bit less time in the pocket while their QB has a bit more time. Their QB also has much better accuracy and the WR's can catch better. The other thing that I lowered even more was the user pass reaction, I've been able to tell quite a few times where my worse CB's were a bit late which ended up in a big play for them.

Update on the game:
I managed to stop the Bucs and force a punt around the 50, so I got it back around the 20. I'm drove it down to their 40, was on a 4th and 3, decided to go for it. They only had three guys on the line of scrimmage so I had a feeling I might be able to scramble up the middle even though Bradford is as slow as my grandma. I watched the DE's, they went to the outside and I knew I had it. I slide for a six yard gain and now I'm on the 31 and still driving with less than 4:30 left in the fourth.

UPDATE: I spoke too soon, lol. The Bucs just put massive pressure on me and they sacked me twice, I'm now punting it .

DAMNIT! I just stopped the Bucs, forcing them into a three an out, but on my first play Westbrook fumbled and they recovered putting them at my own 25.
