I would like to first commend Jarrod on this set. People, please follow the instructions about uploading them into your franchise... They are the best ive played yet by far.

On another note:

I've been testing penalty sliders in Play Now in an attempt to solve the Human rushing issue. Currently, this set and the penalty sets mentioned in this thread have resulted in the running game being too easy. Well, I am willing to bet my reputation (what litttle of it there is) that most people have the logic regarding the OFFSIDE penalty backwards! When lowering it, you will see d-linemen actually push O-linemen backwards in the run game, resulting in plays for negative yardage at times (Most particularly in goal line sets). Previously, it was almost impossible for the CPU to penetrate and stop the back behind the line of scrimmage. For those interested, i will post the penalty set i am using. Feel free to bump offsides up to 90-100 and you will see that the run game is easier. I also feel like raising clipping makes running more difficult on the outside as well as raising holding.
Now, i am not sure if this will improve pass rushing but i imagine that it would. But for those having trouble with HUM pass rush, control d-lineman and use right stick to collapse the pocket. Hold down and try to push your man backwards instead of finessing your way around him. This causes breakdowns in protections and either your blitzing linebacker or DE will have a chance of sacking him.

Anyway, i really would like for some of you to test out OFFSIDES at lower levels. This set i am posting is not final in any way but has provided the best game for me so far.

I wanted to start a new thread for this, but i can't i'm assuming because i just joined today.

I've been messing around with sliders since this game came out and tonight i've realized that the qb pass accuracy not only affects your qb's accuracy, but it also affects the pass coverage of the other team.

I was the Steelers playing the Broncos and i was passing all over them while Manning couldn't do anything. So i quit dropped my pass accuracy from a 10 to a 9. I upped the comp's pass accuracy from a 10 to an 11. The rolls completely reversed. Manning passing all over me while i couldn't do much of anything.

Don't know if this is known or not, but thought i would let you all know what i experienced. This happen to anybody else?

ok im sold on the penalty sliders affecting gameplay...used what was on page 27 and i had a total of 8 punts in the game, still low but better then zero...also, the final score was 19-13, pretty low scoring and exciting

This is with Blue sliders. Pretty realistic in my opinion. Maybe 3 less points for them but very nice.

Few things I noticed...

Pass rush almost non existant. Qb's for both teams have pretty much all day to throw, but especially the CPU.

CPU offense is very hard to stop. Running and passing it all over the place. I can't imagine what Rodgers would have done if he stayed in the game. Even the backup Coleman threw only 3 incomplete passes not including interceptions. The packers only had two third down situations the entire game, both of which they converted. No punts. The only time their offense didn't score was when they turned it over. I punted once, so it's not like i struggled too hard on offense either.

Overall a pretty fun game, but my 2 kick return TD's definitely helped keep it close. I think these sliders could make for a good game. Jarrod, any recommendations on what to change or should I play a few more games before doing anything differently? Thanks for all your hard work man.

I just played a game on your red set. Week 2 of preseason, Bears (me) vs Chargers. I lost 27-21. I liked the pass rush from the CPU. The Chargers 2nd string RE had 5 sacks. The one thing I didn't like was that the run game was way too easy. Micheal Bush had almost 150 yards on less then 15 carries. I am going to put the CPU tackling to 100 when I take on the Raiders. Other then that it was a good first game with your sliders.

Just tried these, not noticing any difference in the run game, still up near 7 ypc after 2 games.

EDIT: lowered Punt/Kick Interference to 1 and had a 4.3ypc game, I know its just one game, but interesting. Also have Threshold at 100
