I am fairly sure that Chris Johnson will go in round 5, if not before. Round 5 is the first "everyone take a HB" round, so he'll be taken there if he's not taken in round 1-2 (everyone takes elite players regardless of position).

Also, I wouldn't go as far as to say that the CPU doesn't factor in age. Whenever I fantasy draft there are quite a few QBs with OVR lower than Brett Favre that are taken before Favre because he retires after 1 year.

Okay, well maybe more like they don't factor in age enough.

Wide Receivers go insanely fast when you're using default rosters. Harvin probably won't be there when you want him.

Plus the only stat the CPU seems to look at is OVR with no consideration of potential and age. You should be able to draft a full roster of young A potential players without much of a problem.
That's not really true. All three of those positions last quite awhile.

The latter isn't necessarily true, either. Especially as the draft wears on.

Actually, 8th is about right. If he's a must go 7th, but you can definitely wait on Johnson. The game doesn't take into account his real-life November, so his stock won't be as high as it is in the real NFL right now.

Wideouts do go like crazy, that is correct, but Harvin lasts well into the teens. He's only a mid-70s guy. I've put him on two teams way late and he's killed it as my #2 while returning kicks.
