Hey Scott do you have a spreadsheet or a guide of all the players ratings?

Why im asking is i would like to import these ratings onto my own personal file.

I'm going to do a Jim Henderson CAP after the Braves' game and have a Giancarlo Stanton CAP that doesn't look too bad. (I may edit it before I reupload.)
