My favorite is Turner Field and Wrigley Field to play in TS.
MLB Parks I've been to:
Fulton County Stadium
Turner
Shea
Wrigley
Coors
Petco
Anaheim
Dodger Stadium
Chase
Old Busch, want to see the new one

I guess it's a good thing when you have to look closely to see if Wrigley is a screenshot from the game, or an actual photograph.

Would have to say Globe Life Ballpark (Rangers Ballpark In Arlington).
Would love to be able to play in Arlington Stadium.

I like Camden Yards. For my generation, this was the first of the 'new' parks that had some character.

And while we are comparing, I've been to:
Skydome
Coors Field
Angel Stadium
Dodger Stadium
Sun Life Stadium
