Yeah, it sucks, and I say something about it every year, because it happens every year. Embargoes are so incredibly ridiculous sometimes.

I say once someone posts they have it and starts showing things, then the embargoes go out the window, and everyone should just be able to do what they gotta do.

I get not posting stuff a month in advance, but the day before, even the week before I think is a bit harsh.

It's unfair to every competing site and magazine that is also reviewing the thing if some get their hands on it before another. Plus, they probably want it advertised as it's released instead of before, and have it be forgotten.
