It's there it just isn't able to be dl'd

Check clock in photo it's 750 and it just glitches out when you try to save it.

Noted that I have closed out and shut off PS4 and restarted still no luck

It's still up. Something must have happened with the upload because I can download any other random roster just fine except for that one. Says it has 0 DL's too.

It's not a server problem. Everything else works and downloads fine. The file itself must not have uploaded correctly.
