I will occasionally, sometimes in franchise I'll just randomize the quick count option. These will work fine either way I promise lol.

Glad to note I'm back in action tonight! Playing opening day for the Twins against KC, Duffy struck me out looking my first 2 ABs.

Ok so here's my game with the Twins. Man I can tell I haven't played in a few days lol. I was all over the place with my timing at the plate, can't take days off when you got pitch speed at 10 lol. As always though my pitching showed up.

Danny Duffy was a monster in this one. I did a great job of working his pitch count, but he held us hitless with a BB, SB, and HBP through 6.1IP. They pulled him when he gave up the No-No with 1 out in the 7th, but I would have to as he was up over 100 pitches, they were up 1-0, and it was opening day. This was with the new Hook slider at 2 so good news there.

Like I said though I just couldn't get my timing going at the plate in this one. It was 2-0 in the 9th and I just left Tonkin in cause I pretty much gave up at the plate, and he wound up giving up the 3-run shot to Perez making it a good 5-0 lead for the Royals. I actually managed some good swings in the bottom half but still nothing doing. The CPU brought in a righty in the 7th to face the righty and he only faced 1 batter before they pulled him for a lefty to face the lefty Kepler. Nice to see that kind of bullpen management this year.
