I had a good laugh about jumping to conclusions, but in reality, these videos were definitely made months ago.

Although impossible to do it, you can force your body to try to stay up 7 days, but I dont think you can force your body to sleep for 7 days.

Honestly, I'm waiting for Wednesday so I can download the firmware, then pre install the Show, but what I'm really waiting for is 8 o'clock Monday night. 24 returns and it's gonna be awesome, that'll go till 10, then maybe Raw till 11, then it's all about the show at midnight. That's my tentative Monday night next week.
