A question about IST in MYNBA?

I just recently got 2k24 for Christmas, so sorry if this is a stupid question. I saw that 2k recently patched in the IST so that you could use it in MYNBA. When I go to set up my new modern era MYNBA, I don’t see the option to turn on the IST anywhere! Does anyone know where the option is to turn this on?

During the initial setup of MyNBA, there's a screen with various different tabs with different settings on each one. One of the last tiles should have "In-Season Tournament" with a toggle to turn it on or off. Sorry, not at home right now to give you the exact spot, but it should be there as long as you choose "Modern" as your starting point.

This video shows it in the first minute, I got it wrong, it's in the "Simple Settings" screen, so be sure to enable that in the first tab so you can get there. If you follow what this guy did, you should see it

It's the same screen as where you select auto save, quarter length and playoff formats. It is also automatically switched on, so you have to manually deselect it if you don't want it.

I also noticed that if you "Customize League" turned on, the IST option doesn't come up. Make sure you toggle "Customize League" to OFF before you start your MyNBA.

And if you expand the league IST goes away forever. Not sure why they couldn't figure out how to implement it with more teams since expansion doesn't screw up the play-in or wildcards but it is the state of things right now.

One thing I noticed when playing the IST games is that if the home team has a special court for their City jerseys and you select the City jersey for that team for the IST game, then the City court will appear instead of the IST court. Hopefully that will be something 2K will fix in the future.
