Heat City edition court?

Has there been any explanation as to why the Heat City edition court never made it into the game? It was one of the first to be revealed, and they didn't add it when they did the original first 17 in November. Now, two months and two patches later, it still hasn't been added. What gives?

Crazy thing, it's actually in the game but only in MyTeam lol all they have to do is assign the court to the Jersey selection. Who knows if they'll ever do it
