No, you'll still have the old uniforms. I rebranded the Trail Blazers and still have all of their old uniforms as Alternates and Historic.

nope you keep every jersey except the current home and away
even the black sleeved jerseys stay

No, you have alternative and historic jerseys but your players don't wear suit on the bench.

So in 2K17 do you think there's any chance we can rebrand all 30 or is it a memory problem with next gen?

According to Leftos, it's a next gen memory issue, one which seems more hardware related than anything. I'm on PC and we can rebrand/relocate everyone without issue.
