But there are multiple reports saying he is actually a capable defender tho . Advance stats even back it up .

Maybe it's the system or not but regardless Curry has been a decent defender as of late . The only problem you should have is his athletic ability aka his speed .

Stephen Curry in current season records 2.3 steals per game and because of that and much because of GS team defense is regarded now as solid defender, whereas Iverson recorded 2.8 steals during 2001/2002 season but was considered on defense as good as Harden lol.

Idk CP3 still gets down the court like he does in real life and I don't even think his speed is in the 90's

I do think their should be a rating with speed with the ball in your hand . Curry is faster dribbling prob than just running by himself , but then again you can be fast on the court if you're as great of a dribbler as curry .

Again why in the hell are you using steal averages to dictate defense ? That doesn't make a good defender he just gets steal .

And Iverson was a gambler on defense . Him and Curry played different types of D . Allen Iverson jumped a lot of passing lanes and if he missed he would give up a big play . Not only that his lack of size on that end he was more acceptable of giving up baskets .

Curry uses smarts on defense so he won't get destroyed. That's an example of being solid while not being the best physically . He's not good but you can go out there knowing he won't be a liability .

I ask why you qualify stats for Curry: e.g. "Good rebounder for his size"

And you respond with another qualification of rebounding "among point guards."

If we are talking about greatest ever you have to leave out the qualifications.

I mean if we are going to use qualifications then Manute Bol was #1 in:
Rebounding
Scoring
Steals
Assists
Etc. of all 7'6" black NBA players. So maybe he needs a 99 too?

Please don't use ESPN articles as reference to anything. ESPN is bunch of bandwagon writers and publishers, they even introduced heat index article during time when LeBron was on Heat roster, now they analyze every little thing around Warriors basketball or not basketball related.

Plus if you go to ESPN page you will see articles how Drake is annoying fan, even labelling Drake as 'greatest rapper alive', lol i could go on and on about ESPN credibility and lack of the same. As for the Curry defense and his rebound numbers, they are fine. People just don't understand that Warriors are well oiled machine that works great as team.

Being fan of BK Nets i am glad to see they find useful our ex player Livingston, that same Livingston was zero factor in our team but in GSW he is part of system, small part but part nontheless. They developed good system where players compliment each other and help each other, even scrub like Ian Clark look useful in their system.
