Yep, just take over control of the team temporarily (available under MyLeague Automation) and change their branding yourself. I've done it several times.

Freakin loved this thread last year. After I get my fill of rebuilding the Kings I'll start create the Seattle Sonics since I still have all my logos saved for them from last year. May expand to Vancouver or St. Louis aswell.

I know it's about a week late, but I went ahead and did this. I wasn't going to as I hate the Thunder in general and will probably do a Sonics one soon, but their current branding is butt and this looked good so I said what the hell. I'm just glad it uploaded with no text issue. Hooray!

I flip-flopped the text on the jerseys as it just looked better imo and most, if not all teams have their city name as the road uniform and the team name as their home uni.

5 Of the expansion teams I added in my Legends Fantasy MyLeague. I like how its in a set instead of starting from scratch every time. (Also I guess Braves is an inappropriate word)
