Cpu not calling time outs when way behind ...

Yep, this has been broke for a few yrs now, not sure why the devs cant get this right. They used to do a good job on timeout logic, so Im not sure whats changed, to where they cant or wont fix it.

I think it should be based on coaching.

2K needs to add a setting for coaches because not all of them call timeouts in different situations.

I played a few games yesterday with everything on auto and both CPUs called timeouts.
For my team the CPU called it after a 4-0 run possibly because there was no dead ball for more than 2 minutes for subs.
One was after I went on a 6-0 run and immediately after I got a steal and dunk.

Yea I see the CPU take a ton of timeouts. I think they've ran out the last few games I've played actually.

I have played a handful of MyLeague games and haven't seen the AI call a timeout.

Could it be my settings, but I don't know what setting would cause that.

I have seen 2-4 TO’s called a game.

Yeah, Im not seeing the CPU call timeouts either, its very rare when they do. I had hoped this was something they fixed in NBA2k20, but nope, its still broken. I just played a close game, where it was tight thruout, and I had my timeouts set to auto as well and neither my team or the CPU called a timeout all game long. a Couple night ago, I beat the Wizards by like 43 points, and the Wizards called 1 timeout the entire game. Also I only play full games, 12 minute qtrs. Only 1 game, out of 15+ games have I seen a team call more than 1 timeout all game long.



I just dont understand why the devs refuse to fix this issue every yr, Im not a game programmer, but I cant imagine it would be that dang hard to put timeout logic in the game. After all, there was a time many yrs ago, when they had it right, but the past few yrs, its been broken.
