Just got this game. Can anyone verify this. I started a franchise in my league with all the teams being the All Time Teams. Why cant I use the city edition uniforms? Is this just when using the All Time Teams rosters? I noticed it isn't an option in play now games either. What gives? I was able to use any uniform in any mode on 2k19. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
