how do you play with these rosters because it freezes everytime i start a new assocation or season?

Delete any living rosters you have and turn off auto-save/download on the living rosters. This should solve the problem!

aw man, this is the only solution that i found that works with my game, maybe if you search some other threads maybe you can find your answer
