be real if a player would of done what jeremy lin did last year but was on a team like cleveland, detroit, or sacromento. No way he would be rated 77.

He gets disrespected, because he is extremely overrated.

Sure he has a nice jumpshot and he can rebound okay, but what else can he do? He's not that good of a defender, he's not that great of a ball handler, he's not an enforcer down low (meaning people aren't scared to take it to the rim on him). So what in this world makes you believe he is better than guys like Pau, Amare, Love, etc.?
Yeah because he got dominated in the playoffs. OK bro. How is he extremely overrated? Without bosh there is no way the heat would've won the chip this year. If he had stayed in Toronto his numbers would be better than every pf except for maybe love.

Hmm, I dunno. Kobe shot poorly last season (43% overall, and barely 30% from 3) and he's regressed defensively, allowing 106 points per 100 possessions. Kobe's not that superstar anymore, and is really overrated at this point in his career.

Dwight, on the other hand, is an elite defender and although he's offensive game is a bit limited, you can't argue with his production. He's also the best defensive rebounder in the league and I believe top 3 in rebounding efficiency. Not deserving of a 96, but neither is anyone else in the league... LeBron aside.

Durant's rating is fair, IMO. Best scorer in the NBA but what more is there to his game? He averages more TOs than assists and doesn't do anything special on the defensive end of the floor, save for rebound.

He isn't givin any special treatment...what do u think he should be rated? Kidd is rated a 80, shumpert is also rated a 80, Aaron brooks played overseas and is rated a 77...his rating is going to go up soon after the season starts so get ready to get even more mad. By the way u a hawks fan, do u feel Teague deserves a better rating than him? Lin averaged more points, assists, steals, and rebounds than him in less minutes

He may not have GOTTEN dominated in the playoffs, but HE certainly didn't dominate anyone either. What he average in the playoffs? 14 points and 7 rebounds? WOW, that just screams superstar doesn't it? Please, the Heat would have won without Bosh, because they would've had Haslem and some other person (because if Bosh wasn't there they would've signed someone else) that could have done just as well.

Wade and FAR more importantly, LeBron, were the reasons the Heat won the championship. LeBron played like a man possessed, Bosh was a nice addition to have. Now, I'll admit, Bosh is a really good player, but he is not as good as Pau, Amare, or Love.

Bosh was huge in the Boston series. And of course his #s aren't going to be high because he plays with wade and LeBron so that wasn't a good point but if you feel that way then ok

With 3 good players and 2 superstars (3 if Bosh counts) then his numbers SHOULD be high. Especially since he plays with a guy that's as good of a passer as LeBron. But hey, everyone is entitled to their opinion. I think he's a great player, but overrated. You think he's a superstar who ranks up there with the best. To each his own.
