Official NBA 2K13 MyCareer thread

Does anyone have any idea why myplayer cannot dunk? I am a 6'9" SF with a 93 dunk rating, and a 90 standing dunk rating, a 80 vertical rating, and the "posterizer" special ability. I can't even get a weak dunk. I hold LT and RT and he still lays it up every single time.

I just got the game but I don't have online. Is there anyway I can edit what my guy wears (accessories & pregame outfits) in my career? If I go to MyPlayer it says u need online for that. So what are they saying I can NEVER wear accessories or new suits?!?!?!

Is it just me or is this year's edition hard? like really hard, i have a 79 mid range shooting rating i believe and yet i can't make a single shot to save my life.

You know how in 2k12 your height could change the amount of skill points you got for making a shot. Does anyone know if it is the same for 2k13 ?

FMD, I wish we could sell back the clothes once we've bought them.

I bought a bright yellow hoodie, which looks nice at first sight but looks trash on your guy.

The least 2k could've done is show what our My Player looks like in the clothes before we bought them.

raising your consistency rating will help

Shoot off dribble helps too. Don't know if it's just my release but it seems this year that some shooting forms are slower, causing you to hold the shot button longer to get that perfect release.

My All-Around PG may be starting in his third game, according to Twitter! I got three or four dunks and 23 points off the bench in my second game and was in there for crunch time against the Thunder (I'm on the Blazers). Can't wait to play more, and show you guys more!
