Not able to get connect to 2K's servers for whatever reason (PS3). What increased for D-Will?

What is wrong with 2K13 when I try to put the missing players in the roster it just freeze on me and when I try to load it freeze and when it try to load the roster. What is wrong and also when I try to download off 2K share it will freeze when I try to put the players on the right team.

I don't understand how Vucevic's rebounding hasn't been touched, he doesn't rebound like he should. His close shot rating is the only shooting attribute i would raise.
