Ok Laettner, I did download the new brackett pack...and it's cool, but the new ratings...ehh, not so much. I can't say for every team, but it did not change a thing with Notre Dame's ratings. They still have Harangody( center ) as a 52 and they still have Luke Zeller ( back-up center )as a 60( he sucks ) they still have Russel Carter ( 1st team all Big East ) avg almost 20 points a game, as a 68 rating. I did try and play the brackett and Winthrop smoked me by 16. So some teams had thier ratings updated, but not enough to make an impact.

Far from perfect...but the atmosphere sucks you in.

Best atmsophere ever in a sports game? Anyone else agree?

I won a new copy on Ebay a couple of days ago. The total was $40 and that is with shipping. I should be getting it in a few days. Can't wait to play it. From what I have read it is not a perfect game but a whole lot of fun. Also, I read the atmosphere really feels like a college basketball game. I will post again with impressions once I get the game.

If not the best atmosphere, it's pretty damn close. I can't think of a game that does such a great job of making you feel like you are part of it all.

No unfortunately that goes to UEFA and MLB 2k7 for me but it ain't at all bad

Received my copy yesterday and played a few games. EA definately nailed atomosphere in this game. The home crowd is rowdy the whole time. I got blown out my first game because I did not know what I was doing. I did have to turn down the shooting foul frequency though. It seemed every drive to the basket turned into a foul. Guys get banged around in the paint in the college game. Turning it down made the game better. All in all the game is not perfect but fun none the less.
