I like the idea if I'm going into Duke I want it to be tough as hell to play in, i don't want a game where playing @ Duke feels the same as playing @ Savannah St.

A great idea . . . or they could average all of those lists, or at least give more weight to the toughest places to win on the road at.

If one were to catalog all of what they found, you would have over 40-50 schools listed in some fashion. A top 20 list does noone justice.

A top 3 per conference would be Great. for the smaller no name conferences, you could likely go by winning percentage at home combined with attendance/capacity figures.
